Testing the Waters…
Unfortunately, as we enter into 2010, one has to wonder if Al Qaeda really isn’t so much actively attacking the United States as they are testing our defenses prior to another large scale terroristic attack. Today, December 30, 2009, there is now a report of an abandoned van being investigated near Times Square.

Putting aside the reports of temporary license plates and a false police entity label on (or in) the 1992 Dodge, the most troubling aspect of this report is that the van has apparently sat in the same location for the past several days before being noticed and investigated. Even if this van winds up being a false alarm, and let’s all hope that it is, is it possible that it’s a false alarm because our enemies want it to be a false alarm?
